Service Description

Sign up for a personalized, private session where you will receive support and learn somatic techniques and tools to help you process your grief in a safe and compassionate way. More than one session will be needed since grieving takes a long time, but you are in control of how often we meet up. I'm here to walk alongside you, not to take charge of you or your choices. We can also do appointments for other topics related to nervous system regulation.
