Your Concerns
You may be new to this kind of work. You may wonder what you can expect. Perhaps you have some reservations. I'd like to address those here. And if you have a concern that I don't mention, please contact me. I'm happy to talk about it with you.

Don't give me a sales pitch!
I am not a salesperson. I am someone who wants to accompany people as they heal. Someone who wants to work only with clients who are a good fit for what I do. If you aren't a good fit then you aren't going to benefit. It's important to me that my clients see results and feel that their time with me was valuable.
I will never push for clients to sign up for anything that they don't feel drawn to.
My goal in marketing is always to discover if what I offer would be of service to you and if you would be someone who I can help.
I'm always eager to have a conversation to talk about what you're looking for and what your goals and hopes are. That's why I have a free consultation. No sales pitch, just a time to see if we are a match, so to speak.

Do you know what you're doing?
Yes.
Just like everyone else, I am in a constant state of learning and adjusting as I learn.
I have been studying trauma, grief, somatics, the nervous system, and good listening practices for almost ten years.
This kind of work is fairly new and is unregulated where I am. I take that very seriously. I hold myself to high standards because the last thing I want to do is cause any harm.

I'm not comfortable being vulnerable!
Vulnerability is very uncomfortable. I will never push anyone to share more than they choose to. I am trauma informed and very empathetic. I know how to hold space for pain. You will be able to share, or refrain from sharing, in your own time. Your perceived safety is very important to me. I will always do what I can to help you feel safe.
I will be able to help you feel and express emotions without being overwhelmed. I will teach you tools so that you can do that on your own, as well.
