This journey will take us to where you:

• Think kinder thoughts when you see yourself in a reflection or a photo.

• Have more grace for your own mistakes.

• Recognize how often you apologize for yourself, and change the pattern.

• Treat your body with more tenderness and gratitude.

• Begin the life-long journey toward radical self-acceptance. 

• Learn what self-love is and what it's not.

Membership includes:

• Live one-hour workshop each month

• Individual coaching session each month

• Email with focus and somatic practice for each week of the membership

• An online community group on Facebook

Membership Prices:

• $190 per month for six months.

• Pay in full -- $1,140 -- upon registration to receive one extra coaching session ($110 value).

Questions you may have:

 

• I see you are a Spiritual Director. Is this going to be a Spiritual focused membership?

      No. General spiritual themes may be discussed but that is not the focus. I will not be              trying to impose my beliefs on anyone. You will not be required to discuss yours, either. 

• Will I be required to speak during the live workshops?
  No. I want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. The material itself may be challenging, so I don't want to add any stress to anyone. There may be times when discussion is opened up, but nobody will be required to speak.
